Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account, you can happily shop with Karma on the Rocks as a ‘Guest’.
What payment methods does karma on the rocks accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via our payment gateway providers, All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can try to cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. If you need to make any amendments, please email us with your order reference number & amendment requirements as soon as possible.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
How do I return or exchange an item?

How do I care for my Karma On The Rocks pieces?
For all 100% silk garments we recommend hand washing at 30 degrees and ironing to restore lustre. Alternatively, you can dry clean your Karma piece. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Our Cottons can be machine washed. When in doubt, please follow the instructions in the garment label.
How do know the fit and sizing of your pieces?
You can find a specific bespoke sizing chart for each of our product categories, to ensure you find your perfect fit. View the details about the cut and fit of each individual item available on every product page.Usually or kimonos and kaftans are one sized and rest of the style range from SMALL to LARGE.
