For goods with a value of $A1,000 or less, no duties, taxes or charges apply. 

For goods with a value over $A1,000, you will need to fill out an Import Declaration, and pay any duties, taxes and charges at delivery.

For products marked Pre-Order on our website, please allow additional three weeks for the garment to be crafted and prepared for dispatch.

Please note it is the customers responsibility to send the goods back, as we do not currently offer a free returns service.

We accept returns for orders placed on www.karmaontherocks.com within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice.

The item must be in its original packaging with a label attached. Do not remove the label from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.

Products must be unworn and unwashed, unaltered, with proof of purchase, and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit and use tracked courier or postal service. We cannot be held accountable for parcels that fail to reach us.  

Gift With Purchase

If you have received a gift with purchase as part of your order and you wish to fully or partially return your order for a refund, then please note that the gift with purchase should be returned as well in order for your return eligible.

If you are ordering from the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Once we receive your item, we will refund the full purchase price plus the cost of standard delivery, to your original payment method.

Please note, we do not currently offer free returns.

Upon the receipt of your return, we will either exchange the item or issue you with a refund, as per your request. 

Please note it can take up to 5 days for your order to be processed by our team. During exceptionally busy times, it may take a little longer for us to process you return.

Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used when placing your order. Please allow 5-10 days, depending on the payment method you used to place your order, for the refund to be credited.

If you chose an exchange, replacement piece will be dispatched to you free of charge.

In the unlikely event that an item may become faulty after a period of time, please contact our customer service team before returning the product. We will either repair or replace the item, subject to review.

We can only offer refunds and exchanges on items purchased through our own website. If you have purchased products through one of our stockists, you will need to return the items to where you have purchased them from.
